Here is how a Ryno rider's earnings are built up. Exact rates are explained to you in person at onboarding.
A base rate for every delivery
Every completed delivery pays a fixed base rate. It is the same whether the order is large or small.
Distance on top
Longer trips pay more. Distance is added on top of the base rate for each delivery you complete.
Weekly bonus tiers
Hit a number of deliveries in a week and you move into a bonus tier. The more tiers you clear, the more the week is worth.
Lifetime milestone rewards
Total deliveries build up over your time with Ryno and unlock one-off milestone rewards along the way.
Paid straight to you
Earnings are paid out to your mobile money or bank account on a regular schedule. Nothing to chase.
Before you apply, check you have
- A valid IDGhana Card, passport or voter's ID. You bring it to onboarding in person.
- A smartphoneAny Android or iPhone that can run the Ryno rider app on mobile data.
- A bike — or notOwn a motorbike or bicycle? Good. If you don't have one, Ryno supplies e-bikes.
- Mobile money or a bank accountSo your earnings can be paid to you directly. In your own name.
